Condition Report

A Burmese sapphire and diamond three-stone ring. The oval-shape sapphire, with marquise-shape diamond sides and scrolling gallery. With verbal from GCS, stating Burma, no heat. Estimated total diamond weight 0.10ct. Ring size O. Weight 3.4gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Replacement half band.
  • Claw settings worn, some in need of attention.
  • Diamonds fairly bright.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Sapphire a mid to dark blue hue, fairly well saturated, with typical clarity and inclusions, some visible without magnification.

  • Sapphire in fair condition with some noticeable abrasion to the girdle and facet edges.
