Condition Report

An enamel, pearl and diamond dove necklace. Designed as a pastel enamel dove, with diamond accent outstretched wings and ruby eyes, diamond feet and pearl drop, suspended from a pearl spacer and trace-link chain. Length of dove (to wing tips) 5.4cms. Length of chain 48cms. Total weight 14.7gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Possibly converted from a brooch.
  • Areas of enamel restoration.
  • Enamel with some small chips.
  • Diamonds fairly bright and well matched.
  • Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Rubies appear a deep red hue.
  • Pearls untested for natural origin.
  • Pearls are semi-baroque, creamy hue with fair orient and lustre.
  • Marked 18ct to reverse of dove.
