A late Victorian 15ct gold enamel, split pearl and diamond memorial ring. The circular black enamel panel with applied split pearls in the form of a flower, a central diamond and scrolling design to the shoulders, to the reverse a vacant recess. Hallmark for Birmingham, 1900. Ring size I. Weight 2.4gms.

Purchasing information-
The condition of this lot is fair, with chips and scratches to the enamel in keeping with age and wear. Small surface chips to enamel on top panel. To the shoulders the enamel is mostly deficient. The recess to the reverse is vacant and may originally have been glazed. Adhesive is clearly visible around one split pearl, one split pearl with noticeable damage to the nacre, one replacement split pearl as it is a lot lighter in colour. Condition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
