Condition Report

A small Edwardian silver toast rack, the five-bar simple arched form with conforming shape handle and raised on four ball feet, hallmarked Haseler Brothers (Edward John Haseler & Noble Haseler), Chester 1906, length measuring 4 1/8 inches (10.5 cm). Together with a plain silver christening mug having flared rim and monogram engraving, hallmarked Elkington & Co Ltd., Birmingham 1936, height measuring 3 inches (7.5 cm). Weight 5.41 ozt (168.2 grams). (2).

Purchasing information
    Both items displaying some general tarnishing, wear and surface marks and scratches commensurate with age and use. Some of the bars of the toast rack appear a little uneven and one of the bars has broken off at the base. The christening mug displays a few minor dints and bumps, especially around the rim. Slight knocks to foot rim. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
