A pair of late Victorian silver fern pots or vases.

Condition Report

A pair of late Victorian silver fern pots or vases, each of baluster form with crimped rim above wrythen moulded lobed decoration and footed base. Hallmarked J R Ltd., Birmingham 1891. Height measuring 3 inches (7.5 cm), weight 3.65 ozt (113.7 grams).

Purchasing information
    Both vases display general surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with age and use. Heavier tarnishing and staining to the interiors. A coupe of knocks to foot rims. Further minor surface dints to main bodies. Small repair to one vase where the small protruding bobble is missing to the interior just below the rim. Hallmarks clear and legible with some minor rubbing.
