An Edwardian silver swing-handled bonbon basket.

Condition Report

An Edwardian silver pedestal bonbon basket, the fluted oval form with shaped rim and swing handle to a short stem and stepped oval base. Hallmarked Thomas Bradbury & Sons (Turner Bradbury), London 1924. Maximum length of dish measuring 7 1/4 inches (18.5 cm), weight 8.03 ozt (249.8 grams).

Purchasing information
    The dish appears in fairly good overall condition, displaying some general light tarnishing. Surface wear, marks and scratches from handling and use. A few minor surface dints. Swing handle appears in working order although the fixing pins are a little loose. Hallmarks are rubbed and maker's mark partly distorted but still legible. Corresponding part hallmarks to handle.
