An early 20th century small silver pot pourri vase & cover.

Condition Report

An early twentieth century small silver pot pourri vase and cover, the circular tapering form with applied foliate rim above a lower band having three ram's head motifs leading to a tripod support with hoof feet, the foliate pierced cover with further leaf detail to the finial. Hallmarked George Nathan & Ridley Hayes, Birmingham 1911. Maximum height to finial measuring 5 1/2 inches (14 cm), weight 5.18 ozt (161 grams).

Purchasing information
    The vase appears in good overall condition, displaying light tarnishing and some surface wear, marks and scratches. A few minor edge nicks/dints around rim of the cover. Hallmarks clear and legible, slight distortion to maker's mark but still legible. Lid is quite a tight fit but does bear corresponding part hallmarks.
