Condition Report

A William IV Irish silver soup ladle, in plain Fiddle pattern with long rat-tail to bowl reverse. Hallmarked Charles Marsh, Dublin 1832. Length measuring 14 inches (35.5 cm), weight 8.49 ozt (264.2 grams).

Purchasing information
    Ladle appears in fairly good overall condition, displaying some expected general surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with the age and usage. Also some tarnishing. A few minor surface dints and nicks. A couple of slight kinks along to the stem. Bowl appears to have faired well. Some slight flattening to the rat-tail. Hallmarks clear and legible, maker's mark a little rubbed and distorted.
