Condition Report
A sapphire and diamond pendant. The pear-shape sapphire, with vari-shape diamond surround, suspended from a heart-shape surmount and trace-link chain. Sapphire weight 2.61cts, diamond weight 0.40ct, each stamped to mount. Length of pendant 2cms. Length of chain 37cms. Total weight 5.7gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
- Sapphire very slightly purplish-blue, well saturated, with good clarity and some small typical inclusions, which can be seen under magnification.
- Diamond well matched for colour and clarity, vary in size and shape.
- Diamonds bright.
- Diamonds colourless.
- Diamonds do not show obvious inclsuions under 10X magnification.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Sapphire in good condition with minor abrasions.
- Stamped 2.61 and 0.40 to the reverse of the pendant.
- Pendant surmount stamped Pt 900.
- Chain stamped Pt850.
