Condition Report

An early 20th century platinum conch pearl and diamond cluster ring. The conch pearl, measuring approximately 8mms, with single-cut diamond surround. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Ring size K. Weight 2.8gms.

  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/wear and minor dents to the mount and band in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Diamonds fairly well matched.
  • Diamonds fairly bright.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Diamonds in good condition with minor abrasions to the crown facets.

  • Conch pearl is a pale pink colour, with characteristic flame effect seen on the surface of the pearl.
