An early 20th century 15ct gold opal and split pearl necklace. The circular opal cabochon fringe, suspended from a scrolling foliate split pearl and circular opal cabochon tapered line, with belcher-link back-chain. Length 42cms. Weight 12.1gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
- Opals white body colour, with fairly good play-of colour, showing a range of hues.
- Split pearls slightly discoloured due to age.
- Split pearls white and slightly off-white, with muted to fair lustre.
- Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.
- Stamped 15ct.
