Condition Report

A group of seven porcelain figures. Comprising: a 19th century Meissen porcelain figure of an Oriental female musician. Modelled with yellow hat, playing a hurdy-gurdy, a carry case upon her back, wearing a red mantle, floral gown and tasselled belt on a scroll-edged naturalistic base, the flat unglazed underside with blue crossed swords mark, 6.75", (17.5cm) high (neck restored); another musician, seated playing a mandolin; a Derby model of 'The Welsh Tailor' (also known as Count Von Bruhl's Tailor), incised 'No 62'; a Berlin huntsman, a seated Cupid, a maiden with pseudo Derby mark, and a German figure of a dandy, (some a/f), (7).

First has had head reattached, left hand repaired at wrist, probable overpainting to case on back, etc.; second has restoration to mandolin, small loss to hem of jacket; third has extensive restoration to figure and goat; fourth has losses to right hand and left boot; fifth VGC; sixth VGC; seventh VGC.
