Condition Report

A late Victorian 18ct gold memorial ring, with later engraving. The split pearl, within a marquise-shape black enamel surround, with tapered band. Personalised engraving reads "In memory of Henry, 3,4 -8-16." Ring size U. Weight 7.3gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

  • Split pearl very slightly creamy-white, showing pink and green overtones and fairly good lustre, with fair skin and some abrasion.

  • Split pearl in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.

  • Stamped 18.
