Condition Report

A late Victorian forget-me-not enamel and split pearl brooch. Of roughly rectangular outline, the black enamel background with applied split pearl flowers, to the glazed woven hair panel on the reverse. Length 2.5cms. Weight 6.3gms.

Purchasing information
    The condition of this lot is fair. The enamel and metal has surface scratches and tarnish. The glass to the woven hair panel is chipped to one corner and there is some discolouration to the hair beneath. Surface wear to the split pearls, particularly one. Condition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
