An early 19th century enamel diamond and split pearl brooch. Of oval outline, the painted panel depicting a man on one knee proposing to a lady, to a row of split pearls, the panel set with two diamonds. Length 2.7cms. Weight 4.5gms.

The condition of this lot is good, with light signs of wear to the enamel and metal in keeping with general wear. The enamel is chipped to a patch at the top, measuring approximately 0.4 to 0.6cms.
