Condition Report
An early Georgian foil-back garnet and paste ring. The oval-shape foil-back garnet with pastes highlights and plain band. Garnet cracked. Two pastes missing. Ring size P. Weight 2.3gms.

Purchasing information-
Overall condition fair. Surface scratches, wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear. Pink-gem fairly bright reddish purplish-pink, well saturated, with poor clarity and dark coloured typical inclusions. Foil back gem in poor condition cracked into two parts with significant abrasion, chips and nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
