An early 20th century 18ct gold ruby and diamond ring and a cultured pearl pendant. The ring, an alternating circular-shape ruby and old-cut diamond line, with vacant central mount, the pendant of bi-colour design, an oval shape dyed cultured pearl, measuring 9mms, with colourless-gem highlight. AF. Ring with hallmarks for Birmingham, 1916. Ring size M1/2. Length of pendant 3cms. Total weight 4.4gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Ring with one stone deficient.
- Band significantly out of shape.
- Diamonds fairly well matched.
- Diamonds fairly bright.
- Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Rubies in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
- The dyed cultured pearl has not been tested for natural colour origin.
- Without the aid of laboratory equipment, it has not been possible to determine if these cultured pearls are from a fresh or saltwater source.
