A George II gold rock crystal and diamond memorial ring. The rectangular rock crystal with three faceted diamonds to either shoulder, the band with enamel lettering. Ring size L. Weight 2.9gms. With associated ring case.

Purchasing information-
The condition of this lot is poor, with the majority of the black enamel deficient from the band. The diamond to one side is covered in adhesive which has yellowed. To the reverse of the rock crystal there is a visible backing. The writing to the band reads 'G Fitzhugh, 11th April 1737, Ae 78'. Ring case show signs of wear. The uppermost outer panel has become detached but is present. Condition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
