Condition Report

An early 19th century Regency gilt and paste set hair comb. The curved openwork floral band with nine oval-shape faceted yellow pastes alternating with leaf shapes, the nine-prong comb beneath. Length 16.8cms. Weight 61.3gms.

    The condition of this lot is fair. The metal has signs of general wear. The mount to the outermost paste to one side is bent backwards. The comb itself has signs of misshaping.
