A late Victorian 18ct gold opal and diamond ring. The graduated circular opal cabochon line, with rose-cut diamond double spacers. Hallmarks for London, partially indistinct. Ring size O1/2. Weight 5.5gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good with some scratches.
- Some claws worn, will require attention.
- Diamonds well matched and fairly bright.
- Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.
- Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents total carat weight, colour or clarity estimation.
- Diamonds have moderate, scattered light and dark inclusions some surface reaching.
- Opals in fair condition with abrasion and few minor nicks.
- Opals have a slightly milky white and translucent body colour. Good play of colour across a range of hues, with predominantly green and orange play of colour.
