A late Victorian gold and silver diamond brooch. The pave-set diamond fox, with ruby eyes, atop a wishbone. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Length 4.5cms. Total weight 6.9gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good to fair. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Probable replacement fittings, soft solder visible. Base metal pin.
- Possible replacement gems.
- Diamonds appear fairly bright. Diamond cuts include old single-cut, rose-cut and a diamond point.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Varied, moderate levels of inclusions, some surface reaching.
- Two diamonds chipped.
- Rubies are a pinkish red hue.
- Length of fox 2.6cms.
