An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond dress ring. Designed as an open band, with heart-shape pink sapphire and brilliant-cut diamond cluster terminals and similarly-cut diamond asymmetric shoulders. Estimated total diamond weight 0.80ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 2007. Ring size N1/2. Weight 4.6gms.
