CARTIER - an 18ct gold 'C de Cartier' ring. Designed as a slightly textured open band, with stylised 'C' terminals and brilliant-cut diamond raised surround. Signed Cartier, AT1141. Estimated total diamond weight 1ct. Swiss convention marks. Ring size Q. Cartier size 54. Weight 10.9gms. With maker's case and certificate.
