An 18ct gold diamond dress ring. Designed as a pave-set diamond recessed heart-shape panel, with tapered shoulders. Maker's mark for Stefan Hafner. Estimated total diamond weight 1ct. Italian marks. Ring size P. Weight 16.1gms.
