TIFFANY & CO. - a 1970s gem-set clip. Designed as a foliate spray, the foliate carved ruby, emerald and sapphire highlights, scattered to the pave-set diamond and textured leaves. Signed Tiffany & Co. Estimated total diamond weight 1.50 to 2cts. Length 7.5cms. Weight 32.3gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • At least one carved gem is a later replacement.
  • Diamonds well matched.
  • Diamonds bright and lively.
  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
  • Rubies are a medium to deep red hue fairly well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.

  • Sapphires are a deep blue hue fairly well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.

  • Emeralds are a medium green hue fairly well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.

  • All coloured gems in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the surface and edges.
