An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond dress ring. Designed as a briolette-cut sapphire quatrefoil, with brilliant-cut diamond line shoulders. Total sapphire weight 2.20cts, stamped to the band. Hallmarks for London, 2004. Ring size M. Weight 3.7gms.
