An early 20th century gold sapphire and diamond ring. Of marquise-shape outline, the circular-shape sapphire line, with old-cut diamond surround, to the similarly-cut diamond sides. Estimated total diamond weight 1ct. Length 2.4cms. Weight 3.6gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
- Some claws show evidence of re-working.
- Band slightly out of shape.
- Band shows evidence of repair/ resize, with solder lines.
- Diamonds well matched and bright.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Diamonds have mostly small, scattered inclusions.
- Sapphires are a well matched, violetish blue hue.
- Sapphires in good to fair condition with some nibbles.
- Estimated dimensions of a sapphire 3.2 by 2.5mms.
- Width (at widest) 1cm.
