An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond dress ring. The oval-shape sapphire and brilliant-cut diamond cluster line, with tapered shoulders. Total sapphire weight 1.44cts. Total diamond weight 0.19ct, stamped to band. Hallmarks for London, 2016. Ring size M. Weight 3.7gms.
