A gem-set bird brooch. The faceted pyrite head and body, with plique-a-jour enamel wings and oval opal cabochon accents. Length 5.3cms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear.
- Opals are a white body colour, displaying good play of colour ranging from violet to green.
- Plique-a-jour enamel in green, yellow and red hues.
- Stones in good condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the facet edges.
- Stamped 925.
