A diamond dress ring. The old-cut diamond, with brilliant-cut diamond quatrefoil surround and rope-twist interwoven strand sides. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.40ct, J-K colour, VS clarity. Ring size Q. Weight 6.6gms.
