Condition Report

Two early 20th century gold garnet rings. To include a circular-shape garnet single-stone ring, with an Edwardian similar-shape garnet and diamond point accent floral ring. One with hallmarks for Birmingham, 1902. Total weight 5gms.

  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Edwardian band slightly dented, out of round.
  • Estimated total diamond weight under 0.02ct.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Garnets are a reddish purple and a slightly brownish red.
  • Larger garnet mount with wear to some claws, may require attention.
  • Ring size N1/2 and O1/2.
