Condition Report

An 18ct gold ruby and diamond ring. The alternating cushion-shape ruby and old-cut diamond line, with rose-cut diamond geometric surround. Principal diamonds estimated total weight 0.45ct, I-J colour, SI1-P1 clarity. French assay marks. Ring size M. Weight 3gms.

  • Diamonds well matched.
  • Diamonds bright.

  • Principal diamonds assessed within the limitations of the setting, grades may differ.
  • One principal diamond has few, minor inclusions, the other has small light and dark scattered inclusions.
  • Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents total carat weight, colour or clarity estimation.
  • Ruby is a medium, slightly purplish red hue.
  • Ruby in good condition with minor nibbles.
