Condition Report

GIRARD-PERREGAUX - a gentleman's World Time chronograph wrist watch. Rose metal case with exhibition case back, stamped 750. Reference 4980, serial 1321. Signed automatic calibre 3387 with quick date set. Grey dial with luminous dot hour markers, Arabic numeral twelve, subsidiary recorder dials to three, six and nine, date aperture between one and two, rotating twenty four hour track, outer rotating disc showing cities of the world. Fitted to a signed black crocodile strap with rose metal deployant clasp, stamped 750. 43mm.

  • Movement appears to be in a generally good condition with little sign of previous intervention when viewed under a 4x loupe. As viewed through case back.
  • Dial appears to be in a generally good condition with no marks visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Hands appear to be in a generally good condition.
  • Glass appears free of significant scratches or marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Case appears to be in good condition with minor scratches and marks.
  • Crown screws down and has light scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. Chronograph pushers appear to be in good condition.
  • Strap shows marks and creasing.
  • Buckle appears to be in good condition with minor marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.
