A sapphire and diamond dress ring. Of marquise-shape outline, the oval-shape sapphire and brilliant-cut diamond line, with calibre-cut sapphire and single-cut diamond surround. Estimated dimensions of principal sapphire 6 by 4.2 by 2.6mms. Estimated total diamond weight 0.65ct. Ring size M. Weight 3.5gms.
