ASPREY & CO. - an 18ct gold diamond and ruby necklace. Designed as a series of intertwined ruby strands, with brilliant-cut diamond curved bar highlights and similarly-cut diamond scrolling clasp. Maker's mark for Asprey & Co. Estimated total diamond weight 0.40ct. Hallmarks for London, 1984. Length 39cms. Weight 49.3gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/ wear and minor discolouration in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Diamonds well matched and bright.
  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Rubies are a well matched, medium dark red hue, well saturated, with poor clarity and typical inclusions. Some inclusions are surface reaching.

  • Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.
