An 18ct gold Burmese sapphire and diamond double cluster ring. The oval-shape sapphire collets, with old-cut diamond scalloped surround. With report 78169-32, dated 12th July 2018, from GCS, stating Myanmar (Burma), no heat. Estimated total diamond weight 2.20cts. Hallmarks for London, 1980. Ring size S. Weight 11.3gms.
