Guide to using ‘My Fellows’
Update your details
To get started login with your details and click ‘My Fellows’ and you will be able to update all your details such as:
Changing your password
Changing your Address
Managing your email preferences
View Your Invoices & Pay online
In this section you will be able to see all your successful bids and check for any outstanding invoices. You will also be able to track the delivery status of your items here.
If you have any outstanding invoices please click on the ‘Pay Now’ button. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Visa Delta. Please note there is a 1.5% surcharge for credit cards.
Recently Viewed Lots
Go to the ‘Recently Viewed’ tab of your ‘My Fellows’ account and you will be able to place bids for items that you have recently looked at in detail.
Viewing Your Current Bids
Go to the ‘My Bids’ section of your ‘My Fellows’ account to view your current submitted bids. If you would like to change your bids you can do so up to 30 minutes before the auction commences. Please note that you cannot delete any bids once they have been submitted.
Tracked Lots/Wish List
If there are any items that you are undecided about click on the Track Lot/save for later button. These will be placed in your account so that once you have made your mind up you can leave your bids.
My Scheduled Items
This section will display* your items that are currently awaiting to go into auction. Here you will be able to see their lot number, description and estimate.
*Please note that items waiting to go into auction will only be displayed when the catalogue is available online.
My Sold Items
Your sold items will be displayed here for up to 90 days or until you delete them.
You will be able to view the hammer price and the total amount that you will receive from Fellows.
My Unsold Items
If any of your items did not sell they will be listed here for up to 90 days or until you delete them.
