Full-Time Administrator –Watch Department.
Are you enthusiastic and detail focussed with an interest in Watches? Do you want to work for one of the fastest growing independent auction houses in Britain? If so we have an exciting opening in our Watch Department for a Department Administrator.
Based in stunning modern offices in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, we are in a great location to offer the excellent auctions we are renowned for. In this role you will answer directly to the Department Head and help put together our Jewellery Auctions.
Duties will include:
- To assist with correspondence throughout the auction process.
- To assist with viewing and sale day, including telephone bidding.
- To help opening of parcels and sorting of consignments if necessary.
- To help with collections and sending out of goods after the sale.
To be successful in this role you will be a detail focused and driven self starter who relishes the opportunity to join a busy team. You will also have great written communication and IT skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ideally you would have experience working in the jewellery industry and be keen to learn. The salary for this role is £16,000.
Receptionist Job Description
Do you want to work for one of the fastest growing independent auction houses in Britain? If so we have an exciting opening in our customer service team for a Receptionist.
Based in stunning modern offices in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, we are in a great location to offer the excellent auctions we are renowned for. As the first point of contact for any visitor, the role of Receptionist is integral to delivering the excellent customer experience we pride ourselves on. You will have a critical role helping look after visitors to our weekly auctions and dealing with incoming enquiries.
To be successful in this role you will be enthusiastic and confident with excellent verbal communication skills. You will ideally have experience working in a busy reception, knowledge of luxury brands or the auction world would be an added bonus. You will be organised and able to excel in a fast paced and often demanding environment.
The salary banding for this role is between £15,000 and £17,000 dependant on experience, we will be reviewing candidates over the Christmas period and hope to start interviewing in early January 2017.
