Along with the spectacular Jack Hood 1926 Lonsdale Belt (Lot 605), we have some exciting horse racing memorabilia as well as specialist football and golfi ng medals to include a Wolverhampton Wanderers English Cup Medal 1907-08 (Lot 597) and a silver trophy for the 1938 Cheltenham Gold cup winner ‘Morse Code’ (Lot 178). Also featured in the auction is a wonderful collection of table silverware, to include a Victorian fi ve piece table garniture (Lot 25), two beautiful matching pairs of George III silver candlesticks made by Ebenezer Coker (Lot 31) and a set of ten George III silver dinner plates (Lot 55).
