silver and an array of fantastic sporting memorabilia.

 

Along with the spectacular Jack Hood 1926 Lonsdale Belt (Lot 605), we have some exciting horse racing memorabilia as well as specialist football and golfi ng medals to include a Wolverhampton Wanderers English Cup Medal 1907-08 (Lot 597) and a silver trophy for the 1938 Cheltenham Gold cup winner ‘Morse Code’ (Lot 178). Also featured in the auction is a wonderful collection of table silverware, to include a Victorian fi ve piece table garniture (Lot 25), two beautiful matching pairs of George III silver candlesticks made by Ebenezer Coker (Lot 31) and a set of ten George III silver dinner plates (Lot 55). Other sale highlights include a Charles II silver porringer (Lot 1), a Paul Storr wine label (Lot 445), an interesting silver ‘zodiac’ snuff and vesta case (Lot 436) and a lovely collection of silver mounted clocks.
