Fendi
Fendi, founded in 1925 by Edoardo and Adele Fendi in Rome, began as a boutique specialising in high-quality leather goods and fur, reflecting Italy’s craftsmanship. The brand expanded with the involvement of the founders’ five daughters in 1946, each contributing to its growth into a full-fledged fashion house. A major turning point came in 1965 with Karl Lagerfeld's appointment, who revolutionised fur fashion and introduced the iconic double "F" logo. Fendi made waves in 1997 with the launch of the Baguette bag, cementing its place in fashion history. Acquired by LVMH in 2000, Fendi continues to thrive today under the direction of Kim Jones for womenswear and Delfina Delettrez for jewellery, blending its rich legacy with a forward-thinking vision.
