Lot Description

Two base metal military style manual wind wrist watches, circa 1945, to include a "Services" Air Wrist watch head, the cream dial with luminous Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds positioned at six o'clock, with unsigned movement, missing strap. Case diameter 29mm. Together with an unsigned wrist watch, the cream dial with luminous Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds positioned at six o'clock, fitted to a black possibly mock leather strap. Case diameter 30mm.

A military style manual wind wrist watch, movement is not currently functioning, dial and hands are very discoloured and tarnished due to age, glass is scratched, case and case back are very scratched with some dints as a result of wear. Strap is worn.


A military style "Services" Air Wrist watch head, manual wind, movement is not currently functioning, dial is discoloured due to age, hands are corroding, glass is scratched, case and case back are both scratched, evidence of lugs having been soldered into place or even possibly replaced is visible.
