Lot Description

OMEGA - a 9ct gold manual wind gentleman's Geneve wrist watch, the silvered dial with hourly applied gilt faceted chevron markers, subsidiary seconds to six o'clock, tonneau shaped Dennison case numbered 852422 and hallmarked Birmingham 1957, fitted to an associated black leather strap, with a signed 17 jewel calibre 267 movement numbered 15791094. Case diameter 34mm.

Omega watch, movement is currently functioning however winding is a little heavy and the watch may benefit from a service. Case is lightly scratched and scuffed as a result of general wear and may have been recently refinished, there is a superficial scratch to the case back which may have been caused my a case knife slipping. Leather strap and buckle by Rotary are associated however do not appear to have been worn. Dial is speckled with age and there is some light corrosion to the hourly markers and hands, plastic glass has a few light scratches and may benefit from being polished.
