A modern silver cased christening mug of tapered form and banded detail. Hallmarked Birmingham 1970. Height measuring 3 inches (8 cm), weight 4.22 ozt (131 grams).

Overall the christening mug is in good condition, there is noticeable tarnishing and would benefit from a clean and polish, there are general scratches and marks. The case is also showing general wear in keeping with the age. The hallmarks are a little rubbed but clear and legible.
