A silver Mappin & Webb tea strainer, hallmarked London 1931. Gross weight 1.29 ozt (40.19 grams).

Condition Report

The tea strainer has general wear and tear scratches commensurate to the use of the piece. The hallmark is rubbed but still legible. The detailing to the handle is rubbed particularly towards the base of the stem, and the tip of the terminal. There are two solder lines becoming visible across the back of the handle and the decorative tip.
