Lot Description

A silver plated punch bowl raised above a scroll open work base supporting the circular body with acanthus scroll engraving and applied shell and scroll rim with, with six mugs and ladle. Diameter of the punch bowl measures 13 inches (33 cm).

The punch bowl is quite heavily scratched on the inside, some are deeper than others. There's a few surface scratches to the outside of the bowl. The engraved detailing is slightly rubbed, the open work base and the and applied detail of the rim has gathered areas of polish. The bowl sits flat on its feet.


The ladle has small scratches throughout, particularly to the top, back of the ladle. The detail to the top of the ladle is very rubbed.


All the mugs are in a fair condition, they all have general slight wear and tear scratches, a couple of the mugs have a few small deeper scratches. The detailing to the handle caps is slightly rubbed.
