Lot Description

A pair of 19th century flintlock action duelling pistols. Each with tapered octagonal barrel, engraved decoration and shaped and engraved trigger guards. 13.25" (34cm) length

Strikers are slightly different suggesting a matched pair, but both are 19th century. Striker broken to each pistol. The stock to the one pistol has areas of wood missing from under the barrel. The steel to this gun has signs of decay. Both stocks have dents, bruises and many scratches to the wooden stocks. No names on lock plates
