ROLEX - a stainless steel manual wind gentleman's Oyster wrist watch circa 1946, the silvered dial with hourly applied Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, round case fitted to an associated tan leather strap with pin buckle, signed movement with fifteen jewels, reference number 4499, serial number 354920. Case diameter 33mm.

Condition Report

Rolex wrist watch, manual wind, movement is not currently functioning, watch would possibly need a service to be put into working order as crown no longer sits in correct position, dial is marked and discoloured, hands are slightly tarnished, glass is scratched, scratches could possibly be polished out as glass is plexi, bezel is scratched with heavy scuffs between twelve and one o'clock, case and lugs are scratched and scuffed with small dints in various places as a result of general wear, associated strap has been worn, watch may benefit from a refinish.
