Lot Description

A late Victorian 18k gold key wind open face fob watch, the white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track, scroll and floral engraved case with a vacant cartouche, movement with cylinder escapement. Case diameter 36mm.

Condition Report

Movement is not currently functioning and will require an overhaul. Case shows signs of general wear with light scratches, marks and tarnishing with some heavier dints to the sides of the case and the interior of the case back, pendant bow is very loose. Dial is filthy and marked in a few areas, hands are tarnished, glass is also dirt with some light scratching and a chip towards the edge.
