Lot Description

A Edwardian key wind open face Thomas Russell & Son silver pocket watch, the white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, up down dial positioned to twelve o'clock, case back with vacant cartouche, hallmarked Chester 1902, with silver Albert chain. Case diameter 60mm. Together with a silver key wind pocket watch and Albert chain with fob. Case diameter 54mm.

The case is tarnished with fine scratches and marks throughout, with a few light scuffs, the hinges are in good order, the mineral crystal has surface marks and scratches, with a few chips to the edge, the dial has surface debris, there are two small hairline cracks to the very edge of the dial, with a very small surface chip between the two, almost hidden when the front bezel is closed, the hands have a few surface marks, the centre seconds hand has a small bend to the end, the movement key winds and sets ok, and is currently running, the hairspring is coiled up ward slightly, and the stop start button is not currently stopping the balance. The movement also has light surface marks and scratches.
