Lot Description
A 1970's 9ct gold peridot and amethyst pendant, the central oval peridot surrounded by openwork scroll and floral detail set with circular amethysts to a pear shaped amethyst dropper. Hallmarked, London 1972. Length of pendant 4cms, width 3.5cms. Weight 6.16gms.

Condition Report
The brooch is in overall good condition. There are slight scratches to the setting, minor wear and tear, the claws appear secure. The amethysts are in good condition and the peridot is ok. There is an internal crack just under the table of the peridot that is easily visible. There are scratches and areas of discolouration to the some of the gold, the hallmark is a little rubbed. The pin is metal and has possibly been replaced.
